3) No user accounts are maintained on the website/app; clients interact directly for service orders.
4) No age restrictions apply for clients.
5) Third-party content and links are not permitted on the website or platforms.
6) User-generated content is not relevant, as clients do not publish or contribute content to the site/app.
7) No refunds under any circumstances. Once services are provided, payments are final.
8) Ongoing support and maintenance are available at an additional cost. All support requirements and fees are set out individually per client need.
9) No geographic restrictions; services are available globally.
10) Dispute resolution: Any dispute or disagreement arising from services shall be resolved via good faith negotiation between the client and Weebsitestudio. If resolution cannot be achieved, Weebsitestudio reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal remedies under Indian law.
By engaging Weebsitestudio, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms stated above.
